My support has expired. What should I do?
When your item support has expired, you won't be able to create new tickets anymore. You should purchase support extension in the item page or by the following the steps below:
- Log in to your account
- Hover over your username and click 'Downloads' from the drop-down menu.
- The downloads section displays a list of all the items purchased using your account.
- Click on 'Renew support now!' or ‘Extend now’ next to Bakery | WordPress Bakery, Cakery & Food Theme and that’s it!
