I have a problem with the contact form. When I indicate in the email configuration panel an address of my own domain ([email protected]), the messages are not sent to my mail box, however, when I place a gmail account, the messages arrive without any problem. What can be the cause of this inconvenience?
Most probably the problem is related to your email or mail server settings. So we suggest you to contact your mail administrator or hosting provider and ask them for help.
