    Hello there,

    I bought your bakery theme. I have a problem with a contact page.

    I can not receive any message (by email) sent from my website contact page.

    It used to work with my previous hosting. I just moved to another hosting and the SMTP mail host server in my new hosting is not the same as my previous hosting.

    Could you fix this problem for me please because contact page is very important for my business.

    I can give you credentials for my hosting (if required) and my website admin dashboard.

    We have changed the 'From' email from Bakery > Contact and now the emails should work properly.

    Hello there,

    The message is sent but it does NOT go to the specified (destined) email: [email protected].

    I tested it by sending 2 messages from the contact page and none of the messages go to my mail box ([email protected]).

    Please see the attachment the screen capture from my mail box server.

    NOTE: 

    I have the same issue with my other wordpress website and the technical person in the hosting changed 

    the SMTP SERVER ADDRESS:  mocha3022.mochahost.com and it works!.

    Could you please change the SMTP SERVER ADDRESS:  mocha3022.mochahost.com in my website (your BAKERY theme) because I don't know where its file location is in your theme.

    There is NO message from the contact page in INBOX.

    NOTE:

    Dear Sirs,

    Basically I want to know, where to put the the SMTP SERVER ADDRESS in your bakery theme ?

    We need to put :  mocha3022.mochahost.com

    Please see the attachment. 

    The picture is from my other wordpress theme website. Someone changed the setting and it works.

    Where is this SMTP setting in your bakery theme ?

    We recommend you to use WP Mail SMTP plugin to configure your mail settings.

    Please let us know if that solves the issue.

    We have just installed the plugin for you. You can configure it from Settings > WP Mail SMTP.
