I submited my purchase code but relized I had the wrong Theme activte now it will not allow me to resub mit the code onto the correct theme. I wanted the Parent not the Child theme. Even when I switched back it would not accept the purchaser code. How can I deactivate a theme license?
We've just reset your license and you should be able to activate the theme again. That happened because you forgot to remove the license from your previous installation.
