I am trying to edit the error-404 page which comes with the site. When I change the header information (like I do on other pages) it is not reflected. Also, I can't seem to find the text to edit the 404 text. In fact it shows as a blank page. Is there a different process to edit this page?
You should go to wp-content/themes/bakery/includes/post-templates folder and change all the files there as well as single.php file by searching for 'Read More' and replacing it with your new string.

To change the error page text strings you need to modify 404.php file located at wp-content/themes/bakery.
