Now, we're seeing it! It is difficult to give you an exact reason why the ordering is not working without being able to access the admin panel. However, please try to specify an email that ends with your domain in From field such as <[email protected]> and let us know your feedback.

Sorry, didn't notice you have version 1.3.7 so you do not need to install Contact Form 7 plugin. Can you please try to install WP Mail SMTP plugin and see if that fixes the issue. The plugin will allow you to easily reconfigure the wp_mail() function to use a trusted SMTP provider.
the hosting support kinghost configured the smtp plugin and solved the trigger only for the contact form 7. the order form continues with problem !! give shipping error !! how to solve???
You're right but unfortunately we are not being able to access the admin area (see attached). You need to contact your host in order to solve this. Once we access the admin area we will be able to give you definite answer.
This time we were able to access the admin area and successfully fixed the issue. An email should have already arrived to you. Please check it and let us know your feedback.

Can you please let us know which order form are you referring to. We're seeing only the homepage and there is no order from there.

You should control mail settings from Contact > Contact Forms > YOUR-FORM and make sure they are set as shown in the image below.
