Your license has just been reset and you should now be able to activate the theme without any problem. There is no need to reset the database before installing demo content. That is needed only when eg. demo import was not successful and you need to first remove the license then reset the database.

I have installed and actived bakery theme
Then i go to install demo
I reset wordpress content as information says
Now when i try to reactivate theme it says is used in another domain
