    I downloaded all the files including the WordPress file and documentation. I've tried multiple times to install the zip file. It's stating that the link is expired, even though I purchased it less than an hour ago. What's wrong with it?

    Thank you for your purchase!

    Most probably that is due to a few server settings limiting resources for your site. Maximum upload size could be set to 2MB and the theme's package is larger than that. You should increase that limit to at least 64MB. You can either reach out to your hosting company and ask them to increase it for you or read more about how to do it yourself: How to Increase the Maximum File Upload Size in WordPress on wpbeginner.com.

    It worked. Thank you. There is a simpler option of going to Go Daddy Cpanel---Select PHP Version---PHP options and changing the post min and max upload limit and saving it.

    I'm sorry. Another quick issue just came up. As I was installing all the plugins, my site is now not working. It's giving me the following error: 

    .... is currently unable to handle this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500


    What should I do to fix this?

    That is most probably caused by low memory limit. Make sure you set memory limit at least 256M. See https://milingona.ticksy.com/article/12193/ for more details.

    I changed the memory limit to 256 and tried a higher limit as well. Both didn't work. I'm still receiving the 500 error.
