I tried to also deactivate the theme it runs the site, so the error is realted with the theme and also i tried both the version and it has the same, please check and give me the solution, its but urgent for me.
Most probably that is due to a few server settings limiting resources for your site. Maximum upload size could be set to 2MB and the theme's package is larger than that. You should increase that limit to at least 64MB. You can either reach out to your hosting company and ask them to increase it for you or read more about how to do it yourself: How to Increase the Maximum File Upload Size in WordPress.
