    I've installed the demo content.  But for some reason I'm not able to customize anything on the site from the customize screen.

    Hello Monty,

    To customize your website please use theme options (Bakery menu item) or edit pages using the page builder.

    Kind regards,

    I don't see any Theme Option called Bakery menu item. Please be more specific...  Can I please get access to instructions or notes?

    Thanks for the URL but we also need temporary access to your admin dashboard. So please provide us your WordPress login details as well (username & password) so we can take a closer look and see what could be the issue.

    Thank you,

    Thank you! Now the theme options are showing up properly and you can start off by importing one of the demos from Bakery > Install Demo Content. Please make sure you have set the recommended server settings as described here before taking any action.

    • Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
    • Script execution time: max_execution_time = 300
    • Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 10000
    • PHP upload limit: upload_max_filesize 64M
    • Connection time limit: max_input_time = 3600

    Best regards,

    Thanks for checking this out.  It seems that my server doesn't have sufficient settings:

    max_execution_time = 30

    max_input_vars = 1000

     max_input_time = 60

    I have no access to change this.  What should I do?

    You can change them from cPanel (read the details here) or you can contact your host provider and ask them for help.

    I changed the settings in the host server to what is required, deleted the existing media, pages and posts.  I reset everything.  It still will not load.  I tried several times.  Please take a look at it and let me know if I'm missing something.  Please use the same login info I shared with you earlier.

     It seems there is a very serious problem with the script code.  I kept gettting warnings from my browser about a harmful script code being used by your program.  The next thing I know, the menu has literally spread over the entire webpage.  Now I can't get rid of it even when I completely delete the menu!

    This has gone far enough.   How do I go about getting a refund?

    Milingona replied

    Unfortunately, according to market policy you're not eligible for refund. But please let us know how we can help you with the script code. Also, you should have not removed the menu. To fix the menu issue create a new menu and insert your pages there. Finally make sure to assign a display location for the menu.

    Thanks and cheers,
