I have installed the theme, and start working on it. I have several questions:
1- I am trying to hid the (Category) in the item page, how would I do that?
2- how can I add (Instagram) into the pages, like the item page?
3- where do I setup the social media links, I could not found it?
4- on the products page, I used (WC Products) block, and then used the first style option, The question is that there is a big empty space above the image, how can I minimize that space,?, look at the screen shot..
5- how can I edit or design the (shop) page, for example, change the number of products per column, ?
For the question #2, what I mean is adding the social icons on the products page itself, under the distribution (look at the screen shot attached). Plus how can I edit the links for those icons?
#5: the shop page does not have (WC Products) block or any other blocks at all, (look at the screen shot attached) !!??
1. Those are social share buttons. Adding an Instagram sharing option is not supported by Instagram API. The only way you can edit the links is via code. See wp-content/themes/bakery/includes/wc-addons/actions.php file.
2. You can change Shop page look and layout by editing content-product.php file located at wp-content/themes/bakery/woocommerce.
p.s. To make the product item images look better please try to remove the previously provided code and then add the following into Bakery > Custom Code > Custom CSS:

Please find below the answers to your questions:
1. You can hide the category from single product page by pasting the code below into Bakery > Custom Code > Custom CSS:
.woocommerce div.product .product_meta .posted_in {display: none !important;
}
2. The question is not so clear for us. You want to add Instagram icon as sharing option, right?
3. You can add social media links from Pages > Footer.
4. You can fix that by using the code below into Bakery > Custom CSS:
.vu_wc-product .vu_p-image {background-size: cover !important;
}
5. You can edit the shop page settings by editing WC Products shortcode settings (https://d.pr/i/tIEom8).
