I Installed the theme, the required plugins and the demo content but the WPBakery Page Builder plugin ask me for a license to used it. I tried to create an account and import but doesn't work. Would you please help me with this?

That option is only for those who purchase the plugin directly. In order for the theme to work there is no need to have a plugin license. So simply ignore that option and enjoy the theme.
