I was running the installation process following the instructions on the documentation provided with the theme, the documentation says there are two plugins (Bakery CPT & Visual Composer) included with the theme needed for it to work properly. I checked the plugins page and none of these plugins are available.
After reviewing the documentation for some guidance, I found there is a folder containing several plugins (bakery_shortcodes.zip, bakery_options.zip, js_composer.zip, revslider.zip) and a php file (index.php), I tried uploading these plugins individually but was given the following message: "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.".
How do I go about solving this issue? Your documentation mentions something about the server settings that could keep these plugins from being automatically installed with the theme, if I have to contact the hosting service, what exactly is it that I have to point out to get these theme to work?
I made the recommended changes to the PHP settings, proceeded to uninstall the theme & plugins to reinstall everything again and I've still got an internet1.0 website by Dinozoom with no shop at all instead of the milingona child theme.
I tried clearing the cache to no effect, the problem's still there.
I strongly suggest you go over to what's actually available in the theme you're selling because the documentation is obviously outdated.
Looks that you have now installed a different theme with the same nameĀ from WordPress.org directory. Please provide us your WP credentials and we will be happy to help you set up the theme.
I know it's different from what I bought, but that's what was downloaded from the themeforest, that's why I suggested you check what's actually in the download.
That is completely a different theme and is not included in our theme files for sure. Please provide us your username and password so we can take a closer look and see what we can do for you.
The issue has been successfully fixed. You can now start off by installing demo content from Bakery > Install Demo Content. If you have any other questions or issues please do not hesitate to contact us again.
You were using a different parentĀ theme (with the same name) while on the other hand the childtheme was ours. We deleted that and installed the parent theme Bakery v2.3. After installation we made sure to activate the theme functionalities using your purchase code and everything was working great.
The issue was not related with the theme files and no changes were made. The theme has already more than 2K users and the download packet is checked and reviewed in detail.

Hi there,
You can try yourself or ask the hosting provider to change/set the server settings as described in the following article:
That will fix your issue!
