You should NOT use the generated shortcode. We have created our own shortcode called MailChimp Form which you should use in the page. https://d.pr/i/2CjSou
This image shows a lot! After you have created the form go to Footer page and insert MailChimp Form shortcode from WPBakery Page Builder elements. If you want please share with us your WP login details and we will help you fix that.
Apologies for the delay. We had some technical problems with the support center during the whole day and were not able to answer your question.
We just took a closer look at your admin area and managed to fix the issue. Here is the full explanation.
The issue happened because you were using WordPress Multisite. Once you installed the plugin a form was created from the plugin (with the ID 66) and when you run demo import another form was created (with ID 171). Since the free version of plugin allows creation of only one form the issue was caused.
To fix the issue we first removed form-66 and made sure to link form-171 with PanSobao.com list from form settings tab.
Please check it and let us know your feedback. We will be glad to help you out.
Is the Mailchimp plugin conflict isolated to Wordpress Multisite or are there other plugins (that work with the theme ) in which this is also an issue? Is this conflict bound to repeat itself when I update the theme?
I've been meaning to ask, does the theme support Woocommerce Bookings?
I've been thinking about upgrading the PHP (up to 7.0) to speed up the site, I've used the PHP Compatibility plugin to check if the plugins and themes are compatible with PHP 7.0, it seems all of them are except Slider Revolution, which is deemed too large to test properly, I was wondering if you had run into any issues with it while running the theme using PHP 7.0
The theme is compatible with PHP 7. Also, we have seen a lot of buyers are using PHP 7 with theme and we have never received any complains regarding this aspect. So please feel free to upgrade your PHP version.
Hello guys, I've been setting up the bakery theme and I was wondering how could I set up the 'subscribe' email form in the footer of the theme.
Thanks for the help.
Hello,
You will first have to create a form from MailChimp for WP > Form and then insert it to the page using MailChimp Form shortcode.
Kind regards,
