I would like to translate or delete the subtitle that appear in the top of my product category with woocomerce as "all product from [my category] category. I have the same problem to change with the tag as "all products tagged with [the filter]"

You can change or delete them at line 32 and 42 of wp-content/themes/bakery/header.php.
