    I've uploaded the Bakery theme and it shows it is Active in Appearance, but nothing views. I've deleted it and tried the 1.3.9 version, which did show some content, but not everything. Once I went back to 2.4, it showed nothing on the admin console as well as the regular site.

    Could you please give us temporary access to your site by giving the WP login details. We want to take a closer look and see what could be causing the issue.

    Looks that we also need your FTP/cPanel login details in order to be able to troubleshoot the issue. So please provide them as well.

    Hey chardavidson,

    First of all, sorry for the delay. We managed to find the cause but couldn't implement the fix. The server did not allow us to create or modify the needed file.

    Please find attached the file you need to replace in order to fix the issue.
