    Dear Support,

    in the page editor the WPBakery Page Builder button “backend Editor”not showing content.

    Can you kindly help me, please?

    Hi Nicola,

    Just fixed that. There was left an unclosed section tag and that caused the issue.

    Please just make sure to hard reload the page (CTRL+SHIFT+R) or delete the browser cache. On our end everything is working fine.

    Dear Support,

    "WPBakery Page Builder" has been installed.

    it was a security feature of the "plesk" management panel that blocked the new installation.

    Unfortunately, even with the new version of the plugin I don't see the contents in the editor, can you please check?

    it works perfectly!

    it was a browser cache problem.
