    Hi Danielle,

    Looks that the issue happened due to having a quite old theme version. Since you're using v1.3.8 you should have upgraded to v1.3.9. Unfortunately, there is no automatic upgrade possible from 1.3.8 to 2.5. You can only upgrade manually but you will have to rebuild some parts of the site from scratch. Please read the announcement we released when v2.0 was launched.

    Please consider reverting back to v1.3.8 or start rebuilding the site with the latest theme version.
