Sidebar should work. Please just make sure you have placed widgets from Appearance > Widgets > Shop Sidebar.
Looks that you have already fix the contact from style. If you still have troubles with this please provide us your WP login details (make sure to reply privately) and we'll fix that for you.
We just fixed the issue for you. Sidebar is now showing up in the shop pages. You should have created a new sidebar from Bakery > Sidebars and then assign that sidebar to the Shop page from page settings. You can customize the sidebar content from Appearance > Widgets.

When i activate the option in Bakery backend nothing happens on frontend, the product keep alone without the sidebar.
