Make sure to first activate the theme using your purchase code and then install & activate all plugins from Appearance > Install Plugins. After activation you should see in the side menu Bakery menu item which allows you to install demo content.
If you still have trouble, please send us your WP login details (make sure to reply privately) and we will help you with that.

I installed the theme and all the plugins mentioned in the documentation, but I can't see the word BAKERY in the dashboard.
