Since you are using Yoast plugin we recommend you to completely remove schema.org i.e MicroData from wp-content/themes/bakery/includes/post-tempaltes/entry*.php and wp-content/plugins/bakery-shortcodes/shortcodes/blog.php. This would be the best solution for you. Otherwise, we'll take care and fix this issue in the upcoming theme update.
