Just checked your site but couldn't see any products available in the site and hence checkout page is showing 404 error page (see screenshot attached).
We just fixed the issue for you. All the fields are now showing up properly (https://d.pr/i/sn1jOI). The issue was caused due a conflict between datepicker libraries.
My checkout page just displays a blank page with a bunch of asterisks. Not sure why. All other WooCommerce pages work just fine.
