Everything was working great before an issue happened on my website. The last thing I was doing was customizing the website via "Wp-Admin -> Appearance -> Customize". I remember changing the "Site-identity" Favicon, and I also changed aspects of the "Menu" reordering the menu. I remember testing the menu reorder so i dont think that is the issue. The very last thing I remember doing was uploading a new favicon, I believe the favicon image did not upload all the way and now the website doesn't load past the menu bar. See attached image.
This is NOT a problem with plugins as I did not add or change any plugins before the issue arose. Further, I reverted to an old theme and the website loads normal without problems, so I have narrowed the issue down to a theme issue.
Also I believe the issue happened after i uploaded a .gif to the website. I forget where i uploaded it to, but i went to wp-admin --> media, and I deleted the .gif but the issue was not resolved.
