When i try to update the WPBakery page builder i get an error my licence activation is required. When i go to settings page i get an error i dont got enough permission to visit this section. How can this be, if I'm the admin?

WPBakery Page Builder plugin comes included with the theme and automatic updates are available only for those who have purchased that directly. We take care and regularly update the theme when a new plugin version is released so our clients can get that for free. In this case, can you please provide us your WP login details and we will make sure to update WPBakery Page Builder plugin for you because we haven't released a new theme version yet.

The website is build by another developer which i don't can't speak anymore.

In my case, there was a lisence code in "downloads" file which I downloaded from "themeforest" website after I purchased.
I think this "Milingona" and "WPBAkery" are not same company(?) and Milingona developed this theme using WPBakery's one.
I think you need to check who has the original download file first or the rights to download the file. Hope to be help with.

I got a license key in my envato account. But clearly that is not enough.
Milingona made the template theme which i bought, so I assume they also need to give me the rights to update a wpbakery plugin their themplated uses
