    1. When a product is purchased, the Customer Invoice is not automatically sent until I go to the Orders page and manually change the status to "Complete" and choose an action to email the invoice.  When I tested in Sandbox, Customer Invoice was automatically sent.  Since this is not automatically been done, the Order Status says "Pending" and the product quantity does not get updated. 

    2. How can I change the tab name "Description" to "Details"? Can you also provide the steps to how it is done?

    Hello,

    1. This shouldn't be related to the theme. It may be caused by a 3rd party plugin you're using combined with WooCommerce.

    2. You can change the name of the tab by adding a filter in functions.php. See https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/ for full details.
