To fix the first issue please try to replace wp-content/themes/bakery/assets/lib/boostrap/js/bootstrap.min.js file with the following file: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/twitter-bootstrap/3.3.7/js/bootstrap.min.js.
The map is working fine on our side https://d.pr/i/CnzKf4. Maybe you already fixed that?
