I am lost, I was hoping if I pick the right theme, things will be easy but it doesnt seem so. I am a marketer by profession but bit technically limited. I know my way around but am not a coder.

You can install demo content from Bakery > Install Demo Content (https://d.pr/i/PNnIIz). Note that you can install only a demo version at once.
If you still need help please feel free to provide us your WP login details and we will be happy to install all theme plugins as well as set up a demo version for you.
