Loving the theme, however I am having trouble finding where to change the top navigation to stay in place when scrolling down. Also, I am unable to find the location to change the sticky arrow that takes you to the top of the page...currently it is all the way at the bottom. I did not find anything in the support speaking to these two things specifically.

The only other question I had was regarding the "Scroll to Top" arrow and how/where to adjust the percentage for it to appear sooner than at the very bottom of the page.

I see the place to turn it off or on now.
It would be nice if a future update has the ability to change the percentage of the page where it will show up when scrolling down.
