1. You can change the working hours by editing the Raw HTML element on the Footer page. Go to the Footer page, click edit, edit the Raw HTML and change the hours as shown in this image: https://d.pr/i/whfKJB.
2. To change the gallery images in the footer you should edit [vu_gallery_widget] shortcode by adding the IDs of your images. You can get the image IDs from Media > Library by simply hovering over the image. Check this for more https://d.pr/nXrnWw.
It works on our side. See the example image we added just to test it. Make sure to change the IDs only: https://d.pr/HFhhrb. You can add up to six images.

I did what you suggest but is not working, how many images you can have on the footer gallery
