You can get demo content from Bakery > Install Demo Content. In order to see that you will need to install and activate the Bakery Options plugin. You should be able to find that in the side menu: https://d.pr/i/PI5M2. Please note that before activating that plugin, make sure to comment or remove line 67 in the options.php file that is located in wp-content/plugins/bakery-options folder. Or, please provide us with your WP login details and we will be happy to assist you.
