Our website stopped working, showing a white screen instead of the actual website. We did all the updates, we applied the hotfix, but nothing changed so we bought a new licence and we performed a fresh instalation of the theme. Nothing changed again.
Thank you! Can you give us access to your FTP as well? We need to first delete one copy of the theme and enable debug mode to be able to understand what's causing the issue.
