1. To fix the error please make sure to configure properly the mail settings (to and from email addresses) of the order from Contact > Contact Form > [Your order form] > Mail tab.
2. It'd be helpful if you could share your site URL so we can inspect and fix the button position for you.

Both issues have been fixed. We added a line of code in functions.php and some custom CSS code at Bakery > Custom CSS.
