Hi there! I purchased this theme recently, but I see that the wpbakery plugin is very outdated. Is there an update for this? (since it came with the theme)
Thank you! That did the trick. What about the Slider Revolution plugin? It's currently 6.5.7 and the latest version is 6.7.18. I cannot update that one either. Do you have another one for that as well?
Apologies for the delay. Today, a theme update was finally approved and is now available for download. Please try to get it, as it contains the latest version of Slider Revolution and other included plugins.
Well.. uploaded the new theme. Website is a huge mess now, license gone (will have to dig that up somehow again).. NOT GOOD!
Update: Found license, updated that. Updated my functions.php file in my child theme. Updated all the plugins (even though it didn't give me a 'red' notification that I had to update those, I saw that I had to update them).. and that fixed the problem. Site is back up again.
I was working with this today, and I am having an issue with the WPBakery plugin. I have a page with several ImageSlider images. When I add a new imageslider, it comes up, I put an image in and I save it. Without saving the page itself, I go back into the imageslider, and the image isn't there anymore. It doesn't save it.
When I clone an existing one, it's there no problem. But when I then go in and replace the image, .. again, the image isn't being saved...
