Getting started

To register your account click Sign In button on top right corner of this site. There are multiple registration options available including Envato, Google and Facebook accounts which you can use instead of manual registration process.

Before submitting a ticket

• Make sure your theme version and plugins are up to date. 
• Ignore the activation messages from WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider; we always include the new versions after compatibility tests, so you don't need to purchase and activate them separately.
• If you're having issues with one-click demo data installation, it's most likely a server issue; please check you have the minimum server requirements and ask your hosting provider to make the needed changes for you; these changes are needed because the importer works with lots of content and your server cannot handle it.
• Check out other useful articles that might save you valuable time.

What does support include?

Our themes include 6 months support from the purchase date. During that period, we will provide the item support services we’ve set out below. Response times can vary depending on the number of inquiries and the nature of request. Our working schedule is: Mon - Fri: 9AM - 5PM (GMT +2) and we do our best to answer your tickets as quickly as possible.
